Using our long-term relationships and knowledge of the industry, we will negotiate advantageous contracts with the appropriate vendors such as hotels, airlines, ground transportation, entertainment, and other service providers.
Agenda/Program Development
We offer expertise in content development along with the most effective arrangement of business, social, and educational segments based on adult learning research and marketing principles.
Program Marketing
Most programs require or would benefit from a marketing campaign or promotional communiqués. We will assist in their development and fulfillment.
Hotel/Vendor Liaison
Once the program has been determined, we will act as a liaison with the various contracted vendors insuring that all contract requirements are met, that the appropriate information is communicated to them, and that their, and your, questions are answered.
Registration Fulfillment
If the participants in your program are to register, we will act as a clearinghouse in receiving their registration and payments (where applicable), processing their confirmation, and compiling reports for you and the vendors, as applicable.
Attendee Communication
We will also act as an informational headquarters for participants to receive logistics information, registration changes and confirmation, and offer assistance with special needs.
On-Site Coordination
As the event unfolds, we will be on-site to oversee and coordinate all facets. We offer registration/hospitality services and continued oversight of vendor fulfillment.
Post Event Recap/Bill Reconciliation
Once the event is over, we will conduct a detailed review of all vendor billing, reconcile any disputes, and provide historical data reports.
